“Not happy with this merchant. Bought Cal King waterbed sheets. Too small - on second night they became untucked on sides. We used Wamsutta sheets for this bed for 15 years or so - they NEVER came untucked of were any problem. Called customer service, they say they can't be returned because we used them. Catch 22? No - just lousy customer non-service. I won't ever consider this merchant for any future purchases. Bye!”

“I feel this company is a really great company. I ordered a replacement humidifier tank and got it in about 4 days. In the meantime, I requested some information from them to be sure the tank was the exact one I needed and they sent me an email with pictures of the tank, humidifier it fit and the cpap machine. They were very quick and I really appreciate their time and effert. I will for sure order from them the next time I need something.”

“I bought a Panasonic underwater camera and they said it was free shipping. I got a phone call to review my order and the salesman said the battery it came with only lasted 30 minutes, so I bought a longer life battery which is supposed to last 10 hours. The camera and extended battery came to $249.94. But then he told me my total would be $264.93 because they add $14.99 for handling and insurance. Sounds like the handling is the shipping costs to me so I think their policies are deceptive. You h...”
