Popular review: What they do, is send you damaged or defective parts and there is no way to contact them. The only way to contact them is the Return Authorization Form on their web site, but apparently they ignore it. Packing of the items is horrible. They throw the parts in to the box without care and pad the box with NEWSPAPERS.... see all »

Was supposed to deliver 6 weeks later. 7 weeks later getting e-mail that need to pay extra to have it delivered in a week otherwise another two weeks. Refused. Popular review: horrible, horrible, horrible. i placed an order on May 29th and haven't received anything as of yet (it's July 14th). i was charged but did not get any shipping confirmation whatsoever. i e-mailed them 4-5 times but got no response. tried to call but they conveniently didn't have a number listed anywhere on the site.
