Since this is a website, like eBay or Half.com, that has sellers selling through the site, you can't always expect the same quality of service. I'd suggest only buying from reliable sellers.

Popular review: Took 4 weeks to get receive my order. After 3 weeks, I sent an email asking about it, and I got back an automated "We're too busy right now" reply. My order came a week later with no explanations.
Honestly, it would have just been faster to walk to WA to pick it up myself.

Popular review: I ordered this item through Amazon's marketplace. I placed the order on Wednesday September 3rd, at around 9pm. I received an email on saturday notifying me that the book had shipped. Tuesday I received the book and it was exactly as described, with one setback. It was the wrong edition.

Popular review: I LOVE Tanga. I have purchased many things from them: T-shirts (funny as heck), random hats, magazines, LED flashlight tape measures, even a box of random clicky pens (sold by weight!) The deals are great, customer service has never been an issue and the community is terrific.
