"BEWARE THESE PEOPLE..IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER, YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. THEY MAKE YOU ATTEMPT TO LOCATE YOUR OWN LOST PACKAGE. IT HAS NOW BEEN TWO WEEKS. I HAVE NO PACKAGE, NO REFUND, AND NO HOPE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE..I ORDERED ONCE...TO BAD FOR ME"

"Never buy Jewelry from them, what they show is original and what they ship is fake..they said diamond and it was stone.. pay little more and get genuine one.. they are fraud..if you want to buy good help you"

"Let me just say that I have had exceptional service and product UNTIL my last and I will say FINAL order with them. I purchased this item as a Mother's Day gift. I was given the shipping information yet no tracking information was being produced. I was lied to by the company stating that there was an issue with tracking information or a "system glitch" with tracking numbers, but my product shipped. NOPE! My product shipped today a full 8 days later and now will not arrive until 5/16! Completely unacceptable and no concern by this company to ever apologize for the wrong information given or what they did. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"

"I bought a tablet that was hard to use and asked for a refund. I was very plesantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. After several emails detailing the issues, I was able to return the product and got an immediate refund. Today there are not too many businesses that provide great customer service, but 1saleaday exceeded my expectations. Thank you 1saleaday."

"i have been told 3x that there is a tracking #. in my account it shows a tracking # that links to Fed Ex. after 10 days they still don't know it exists. after 3 emails and 2 telecons, i'm being told it is a UPS to USPS number but FEd Ex, UPS & USPS all do not recognize the number. CS tells me they cannot say where my order is or by whom it was sent. This was to be a Mother's Day gift but it doesn't appear it will be here in time (there are 2 items and thus, two order #'s 102180853 & 102180976). now i must go find another gift locally. that's time and effort and money. i want my $'s back NOW but it seems unlikely i will ever see my orders, money or shipping fees. and I pay for this?? unless there's some REASONABLE explanation (doubt) and i see that it's not the "norm", you'll not see my or anyone else i know, business). Ripoff seem appropriate to say the least"

"**** BE VERY CAREFUL WITH 1SALEADAY.COM, BECAUSE NO RETURNS ****

I recently order an item, which is not suitable, I contacted them to return, but they said, there no return policy to accept as per their web site.


Here is their reply to my email,

"Just received a Pandigital frame, super fast shipping. The only problem is the frame doesnt work. Doesnt receive pictures, I have called 3 times no resolution yet. They also gave me some kind of email to testmyframe which came back undeliverable. Said something might be wrong with there server, RIGHT! Also said corporate office would call me,lol. Makes me feel like I have been scammed. Won't use them again!!!!"
