"Order a product, choosing FedEx 2-Day on Monday, April 16th. Checked in on Tuesday, April 17th looking for details about the order.
Product _SHIPPED_ on Thursday, April 18th, and shipped as a FedEx Ground Shipment.
Customer service was less than helpful. They could not provide shipping details. It appears to be a one or two man shop trying to look like a larger business.
The process quickly became shady and gave me concern. I contacted my credit card company and they saw an authorization for the same amount to a company other than 2020pc.com.
There are too many reliable vendors offering the same product in a similar price range. I chose them for price, but they were only a few dollars cheaper than other higher rated sellers. Needless to say, I learned my lesson the hard way.

"I should have looked at the reviews here prior to attempting to purchase. I had a similar experience as many. Ordered a $900 Dell monitor and expected with the price that service should be good. Ordered on their website with no issues(at the time) and recieved a receipt soon after. 3 days later my order was still showing "pending" on their website. I called their customer service line and reached somebody pretty easily but when I asked about the pending status I was told that I selected the free shipping(for orders over $800) and that it would ship in a few days. I was a little dumbfounded that the answer he gave me seemed reasonable to him. Didn't realize that because they gave me free shipping that I'd have to wait a week just for it to ship. So I played nice and waited 2 more days. When checking the status again it still said pending and my CC had not been charged. So after reading some of the issues people had and the communication problems, I cut my losses. The website was down all day on the day I tried to cancel so I replied to the address I recieved my receipt from with a cancel request and a day later received a cancelation confirmation. Their prices were good and maybe one day this will be a great place to buy, but until I've seen this business improve their timeliness and customer contact I won't be using them."

"Do not buy from this company. 2020PC.com is a SHAM! I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I initially got an email from them (within 3 days) asking for more information regarding my order. I promptly contacted them and provided them with my business name and confirmed my address. I had since called back on 3 different occassions to ask for a tracking number on my order. The individual I spoke with sounded as if it were the same person each time I called their 800 line, and communication was a little difficult. I asked this person to call me the following day with more information to [provide me as to the status of when I would recieve my printer. He never called. The third time, I still gave the guy a shot and said "This is the first time I have placed an order through an online company and had this happen to me, so I am confused as to why I have not received my product..." He insisted that it was "leaving the New Jersey location the following day." I asked for a courtesy call with the tracking... Never got a call, nor a tracking number. Never got an email either.. Actually... I did just get an email 5 minutes ago (and 20 days after my initial order) with a "Incomplete order" email. Are you kidding me??? What a joke.. If you want to deal with a company that you can hardly underdstand, with zero customer service skills and no follow through ability, contact these idiots... I have just placed an order for the exact same machine with another online company that I certainly expect to have my purchase within 7 business days. "

"Tried to get a quote over the phone, but no phone info provided, so I had to do live chat. The live chat person wanted my email address. I do not give out my email info as it often creates spam when they could just tell me the price over the phone or live chat. They suggested I create a yahoo email address. They also said I'd have to pay via bank wire transfer?! I said that sounded iffy. They said that my not having am email address sounded iffy. This is just plain weird. Would recommend they work on their customer service skills and protocol about payments. "
