"It was the firt time I purshased on this website. There is a large amount of incredible items here, it is a great website for fans (as I am). In addition the customer service is well organized and pays attention to the customers. Finally, the delivery was much quicker than expected (1 week instead of 2 or 3) and the items are exaclty what you can see on their pictures ! I will surely come again !"

"I ordered a nana ring from 399 animeshop and was very satisfied with the condition of the ring. The delivery was also faster than expected (within 1,5 week), and I live in Holland... I recommend people to buy their anime stuff from this shop!

"I wish i could say i was happy with this site have been waiting for 8wks for a Zero suit for my son to arrive here( Australia)will never order of this site again we need it by the 15th March.They dont even get back to us we have sent e-mails no reply not good very dissapointing I say Buyer Beware buy at your own risk."

"I was looking for a cosplay for an upcoming anime convention, so I went ahead and looked online for the perfect cosplay, I stumbled across 3.99 anime shop, Throughout the whole process my personal order person was prompt and very informative about the the status of my order, it took about a week to be shipped out but it was a national holiday so it was fine and took just about a week to be delivered, that for me was some great service provided I could have waited 3 weeks for it to arrive."

"I am very happy with 3.99 Anime Shop. I received the Inuyasha mouse pad I ordered in good time. I am happy with the quality, the colors are very vibrant. The customer service was also great. I like the forum style of communication, fast and easy. The original mouse pad I ordered was out of stock, they let me know quickly and I was easily able to let them know what item I wanted instead. I will order from them again.

"I like 3.99 Anime Shop because you can get anime related items for cheap where on other online shops you would have to pay like $15 for a ring.
My item arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I love it! Also it looked exactly like the photo they provide for it as well as exactly like the item looked like in the anime.
If I had to rate 3.99 Anime Shop I'd give it 15 out of 10."

"I've ordered from 3.99 Anime Shop three times now and they've been lovely every time. Products arrive intact and in perfect shape. Everything arrives pretty quickly. Their prices are a lot better than other websites I've looked at for anime merchandise. Accessing and interacting with customer service is very comfortable and easy to do. All in all a very good store. Definitely will be ordering from them again in the future."
