"they couldnt fix the system, however video game 911 did fix it with no problem. It seems 360 pros only tries to fix rrod type issues, mine wasa power supply problem and required a cpl new components and only cost 35 to fix. I don't reccomend 360 pros for things requiring more indepth fixes ."
"I am still working with 360Pros and am not sure how I feel, first they diagnosed my problem, I sent in the $$ and now they say it could not be fixed...would I like to buy a refirbished unit? Hope I am not being scammed!"
"Due to someone bumping the disc drive while it was opened, my 10 year old's xbox's disc drive was not closing. Upon taking the xbox to Best Buy's Geek Squad for repair, we discovered his warranty had expired and unless the warranty is active, they would not repair it. The Geek Squad worker referred us to 360Pros. He stated he used them and had a good experience. I was very skeptical at first but I figured I would give it a shot. 360Pros does provide a free UPS label through their website but I personally mailed it via Federal Express on March 26, 2012. 360Pros received it the following day. An email was mailed to me on Tuesday informing me it was received and it would be inspected. I received another email informing me of the issue along with the price for repair. Payment was made and I literally received the xbox three days later. The xbox was packed extremely well in the box. It is now April 15, 2012, and the xbox works perfect. 360Pros complied with everything that their website stated and my son was beyond happy to receive his xbox prior to spring break. That was my experience with 360Pros. I must say that it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone."
"So far not impressed at all. I sent in a mint Xbox 360 elite to get RROD fixed. After a week of waiting they called to tell me it was not repairable. Then I paid an additional price on top of the repair price to get a refurbished elite. Waited a week and a half for it to arrive. The unit they sent was a scratched up dirty elite with a broken USB port cover. Oh and better yet it RROD on me after 5 min of turning it on. So it's a semi working damaged unit for a total of $160 which is more expensive than going to GameStop. Very angry right now. Hopefully they will fix this ASAP."
"Their up to date status regarding the repair to my console was outstanding. paying for it was very simple and fluid. BUT...a copy of what was fixed/replaced/repaired concerning parts would of made it an EVEN BETTER service. I did appreciate the notes regarding how to further take care of my console..that was an added bonus.THANK YOU VERY MUCH The next test is going to depend on how long the console will continue to flawlessly perform OVERALL 4.5 STARS"
