"bought 3 pairs of shoes, unforunately had to return 2 because of sizing issues. Returned both in same box. Refund for 1 pair received 2 days after arrival at 6pm. However other pair of shoes was not processed for several days. Sent email to 6pm - no response. Finally called and although cust serv assured me the refund was posted to my 6pm account immediately and a conf email sent to my personal email address, NO REFUND no conf email at this time. Thouroughly disappointed in the process. Hope further updates to this dilemna will be positve."

"I'm amending my review (original review appears below). My orders (14 items in total) were received within two days of placement. All pieces were exactly as ordered - correct colors, sizes, styles, new in packaging without evidence of being worn.(I read their return shipping policy in advance and thankfully everything fits well, so I won't be incurring additional charges). I am very happy with 6pm and would recommend/do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I placed two orders with 6pm.com today, which was seamless, and then thought to check customer reviews on this company.

Oops.

I'm alarmed at how their "Customer Service" routinely responds to positive reviews, yet the customers with valid, resolvable complaints seem to be hollering into an empty void.

This speaks volumes.

My ordering experiences went well.

Quality of delivery, accuracy of order, etc., however, remain to be seen, and I shall report on that with the confirmation information from the second order I placed with them today. I hope to be able to report all went well."

"I ordered a pair of boots, my package didnt come it was lost, after a lot of emails and calls, they really helped me, they sent me the boots again and 2 days shipping with no cost. I have now my boots, and they are great, they fit prefect, love it!"

"I'm so happy I discovered 6pm.com. I was hesitant to order because of some negative reviews but when I learned that it is affiliated with zappos which I love, why not give it a chance. I'm glad I did. I ordered it Tuesday received it thursday and I chose USPS for shipping. I prefer it than UPS which sometimes delivered end of the day but with USPS they delivered before lunch:) So now I have a new site to shop for my shoes etc.. Good price & fast shipping. But they only accept returns 30 days and you will pay for it so be sure of your purchases. So happy with my new shoes. Got it for 27% less not too much but at least still with a discount and with free shipping. Now let me try again my shoes and decide if I will use it often so as to justify the price:) Thanks 6pm"

"I've been ordering with 6pm for more than 3 years (since 2008) and everything has been so great. I've bought many nice shoes and clothes from them. The relationship has been so trustful. The price is good and quality is great. The order inquiries had always been solved out promptly. Of course there had been a few issues but 6pm team always reply my emails very quickly and solve out the problems completely. Just write them an email! I am very satisfied with 6pm.com as well as their effective customer service and communication. I did place a lot of orders with 6pm but they almost never send me the wrong or defective items. Most of items had been sent out correctly and in perfect condition. I do not have any issues with cancellation or return/refund at all.
In the beginning, due to the lack of online shopping experience, I had to return a lot of items but just after a few months, I know how to order from 6pm so everything can go smoothly and effectively. You have to pay for your lesson first and after that you'll be happy! Actually, I made some mistakes when ordering online from many retails (not only 6pm.com) but after the lessons being learnt, I am very confident now and rarely have to return anything from 6pm or any online retailers."

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

This is my first time ordering from 6pm.com primarily because I've been looking for a specific model of Michael Kors tan leather shoes that is sold out everywhere and found them on their site in my size. I thought I got really lucky and I placed the order on the 28th March.

Shoes arrived about a week later and not only they are the wrong size, they are the wrong shoes as well. I don't usually bother with returns as I am located overseas and it is rather inconvenient. I wouldn't have minded if they are at least the same size but the shoes are too big and therefore, I have absolutely no use for these pair.

Unfortunately, I have already placed an order for another pair before receiving this one, on 5th April to be exact, for a pair of Kate Spade sandals. They say lightning never strikes twice in the same place but surprise, surprise! Again, they sent me the wrong pair in the wrong size!

I really do not know what is going on in their fulfillment department as apparently, my orders are not the only ones they've gotten wrong. Judging from all the other experiences posted on here, mix-ups happen more often than is admissible.

Worse than being stuck with unwanted merchandise is the fact that there's no way I can reorder the actual items that I wanted and ordered in the first place as they are no longer available in their site. So there I was thinking I scored a bargain on shoes I've been wanting for a long time only in reality, I did not.

Even if I could manage to return the incorrect items and get a full refund, I will never be able to get my actual orders. It's not fair for an online retailer to assume that issuing a refund is enough compensation as the disappointment is a bigger issue in my case.

They do have a lot of desirable stuff at really attractive prices but what's the point if they never reach you? "

"Where do I start?
Sent me used and ripped (6" hole)pair of jeans.
No phone # or chat to contact. You can only send them email and wait for their mercy.
Even if they send you defective item, you pay for return shipping.
I am sending mine back so we will see how that go.
Very disappointed that not only they send me used and ripped product, you can't even talk to them and get some kind of resolution. "

"I actually did not place an order with 6pm.com. I don't know if they got my personal information from Zappos or what. I received a package - didn't order it - no invoice in the box - the item isn't anything anyone in my family would wear I have no idea what the dollar amount is! Tried to contact them - the phone number I found wouldn't work and they haven't answered my email. My next step is to call the credit card company and make certain there are no charges from this company on it. Very irritated that I have to spend my time trying to figure this issue out!"

"I ordered a size 9 US athletic shoe and received a 9 UK (11 US). After receiving NO RESPONSE to my complaint emails, I finally had to pay $8 to ship it back. God only knows if they'll actually give me my money back. Nothing like paying to learn a lesson. They clearly don't want my business, so I'll go back to Amazon.

Notice 6pm.com only responded to the positive review on this page? Ignored the negative reviews? That says a lot right there."
