(Windows Live on Windows 7 Pro) Anyway, the package arrived on 3-31-12 in a USPS Express Mail Box. The PSU Retail box was well packaged and the unit appeared to be in one piece with nothing loose rattling around inside! Be sure to make notes when you unplug your old PSU connections and keep it on hand to compare with the new PSU. There was a one page instruction sheet to guide the new connections. It was a barely readable copy of a copy but I managed to figure out where each wire needed to go. I installed it in a HP Pavilion 9870 Desktop computer with an ASUS P4T motherboard. The new PSU was shorter than the old one, but the screw holes on the back that faced out of the back of the computer matched up and held the unit securely. The ATX 24 pin cable had a 4 pin section that easily snapped off to fit the 20 pin connection on the P4T board. You match up the other connections by the order of the colored wires. There are only 4 molex power connections, and no 3 pin male fan wires. But I salvaged an old molex pass-through with a 3 pin male fan wire with a shroud to hook up my front intake fan. The small 4 pin Floppy Drive connector didn\u0027t quite fit my drive, but I was able to trim it down with a knife and make it work. The new 400 watt PSU powered up with a blue light and everything came back to life on the first try! Now I can transfer all of those old files and photos to my new computer! There were about 8 or 9 unused wires that I had to tie up out of the way, but there was still plenty of unobstructed air flow to the ventilation grille on the front of the PSU.","link":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/911forpcs\/comment\/1406977#comment1406977","store_thumb":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/thumbnail\/911forpcs.jpg","store_name":"911forpcs","username":"dsstrohm2007","rating":"5"}, "single");){kind=link}

"I ordered a power supply, for my HP PC 3, times from Tiger Direct. They got it wrong 3 times. My sister, a Dell tech told me to order it from 911., I called them first and a nice man answered. He was very informative and helpful. I also got "positive vibes" so I ordered.
