"AVOID- i placed an order monday, it is now friday and even after baby sitting the whole process i still do not know if my product has shipped. I have called and been promised information "from the warehouse" which is funny becasue it appears to be a 2 or 3 man shop, just walk over and look- lazy.
It appears i too will be doing a charge back as i cant find out what they are doing with my money.....
WARNING: AVOID

Update- like others on this are reporting after this review, i finally get a phone call that something "may" happen. Apparently Today or yesterday they actually got the product (which to me tells me they are just using your money to purchase elsewhere). So today it "may" ship. They "may" expeditite the shipping now. I will update once/if it arrives or if there is any more contact.

All the mays are a a result of lack of confidence- it took 4 days to finally find out its not in fact in stock."

"Placed order and at the end of day they call to inform us that the product was out of stock. Which you can imagine, would irritate any IT firm. However, after a long conversation would the supervisor on site, I had them give us a discount plus free express shipping, made up for mistake. Communication Issue, but made up for it."

"it been great shopping with allhdd.com i like their customer service. i have been their customer for like 2 year. they have always served me great. but some time shipment was not right on time but the product are always good. they took care of my return very well. they doing great keep it up!!!"

"It's not always easy to be placing orders from outside the united states. Most vendors have a limited amount and often give us a hard time. I am glad that this company helped us on our order and didn't give us much hassle, as our customer was working on a budget, allhdd.com helped us out for sure. Will try our best to express our appreciation. A little pricey on shipping though"

"I have searched for these Hitachi drives a over, most vendors didn't have. ALLHDD.com was able to ship them over night for us, much appreciated the products, they have now gained a returning customer.The sales team helped match the conditions feasible for our server. Good service."

"If you're interested in poor communication, awful business systems, slow shipping and defective products ALLHDD is the merchant for you.
I placed my order for a ST3360320AS Seagate hard drive on April 2 and finally received it yesterday April 16 – between the time I ordered it and the time I received it I got no feedback from the company other than an automated invoice that was sent to me at the time I placed the order.
I called and left messages 3 times and attempted to use their website to get a status… they never returned a call and the website was useless.
Upon receiving the hard drive I immediately opened and installed it… upon boot I received a SMART error that the disk was at risk of immanent failure…. Now I have to go through the return process – which I am not looking forward to given the feedback that others have posted…
It’s probably easier for me to throw out the drive and challenge the charge on my credit card… (the last resort)

"Allhdd.com is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered a power supply with next day shipping and the power supply arrived DOA. Not only was it clearly a used power supply but one of the connectors was visibly burned. I was told to return the part for a full refund after I contacted customer support. I was told that they would refund both the cost of the power supply and the next day shipping costs. I returned the power supply to allhdd.com at my cost. I then received a message several weeks later stating that my "claim is not valid." Included was a small picture of a normal, unburned power supply connector. Not only did they not provide me with this information before I was asked to return the part for a full refund, but the picture they cited as "proof" was just a close-up picture of a normal power supply connector. Am I really supposed to believe that this is a picture of the same power supply before it was shipped? How many close-up pictures would they need to take of the power supply in order to "prove" that they are shipping non-defective used parts? Allhdd.com has ignored all subsequent emails and phone calls."

"I ordered the product after knowing I should have required a person to order it from. Regardless, multiple phone and email attempts have gone unanswered and they have made no attempt for me be able to request expedited shipping, which as a company would provide more revenue...seems completely counter-productive.

Whatever, we'll see if I ever order from them again...and as a business who services clients that are in need of supplies they sell. One would think, Gosh maybe more revenue would be good this year...obviously that is not the philosophy of this organization.

I will say however, they were darn fast in cashing out my credit card yet no even acknowledgement of any contact outside of...here's your receipt thank you for your money. Buh-bye.

Don't buy from them - PERIOD!

Update - Shortly after this review was posted a member of the company emailed me back. Limited response - Seemed more concerned about the review than the service. No alternate contact info in email. They called my office too from an anonymous line which is definitely sketchy.

Update 2 - Company in my opinion has a customer service rating of ZERO. Not only did my bank account get debited the funds for the transaction. The "admin" cancelled my order and sent some an email indicating they voided my transaction We'll see how "quickly" my money is returned. Same phone number given again and again. It is just a circular means of non-effective communication.

If you need something from them and they don't respond...leave a comment, you'd be amazed how quickly they engage. However they will be more concerned with what you said on your review than of their addressing of your issues. If you don't leave a review, good luck on getting them to engage if you attempt to communicate.

Just for the record though, you'd be better off going somewhere else than working with this company. Clearly anyone can setup a website, but not everyone can run a successful business that services its customers well.

P.S. - And I'm not the only one that agrees..."
