"They did not have the part I needed since it is discontinued. I received notification that the part could not be delivered and that I would not be charged. I spoke with representative and was assisted by referral to company in Canada that showed the part in there inventory.
In summary, although I was unable to get the part, A-1 was professional and I will look to use them in the future."
