When the package arrived I inspected the outer and inner boxes and looked inside for any obvious damage to the refrigerator without seeing any. The driver left with his signed note and I pulled off the cellophane from the fridge a little bit later. This is when I noticed the enormous dent in the door, falling off hinges, and other small dents on one part of the unit. Immediately called the shipping company to report the damage. They said no problem and noted it in my file. I then contacted AimToFind who repeatedly referred to their return policy and said since I didn\u0027t have anything on the receipt when it was signed for I need to figure out the claims process. So I spend a couple of days trying to figure out the process on my own, to finally in the end be told that basically the shipper HAS to be the one who really files the claim if it involves replacing the unit. So here I am after just paying $900 for a Kegerator I have a broken fridge in my driveway, a shipping company telling me it will take up to 90 days to resolve the claim, and the company who sold me the broken product refuses to even provide any assistance in resolving the issue at all.
