posted May-23-2011 “Our staff was happy to waive the restocking fee in this situation, and we were merely trying to establish that this saddle was in a condition that would allow it to be re-sold to another customer. No one wants to buy someone else's sweaty bike seat! :)
This is typical of any bike shop when you need to return a saddle that is uncomfortable.”

We are moving to a new cart in the next couple of months that will be able to more accurately calculate shipping for international customers.”
