In addition, none of the plugs to block circulation fit (too large) in their places throughout the pool. Finally, there were not enough of these plugs for my pool.<br><br>As instructed on the website and the accompanying instructions, I called the company to exchange these parts. The response I received was that there are \u0022no refunds\u0022 . I told the gentleman that I was not asking for a refund, just the promised parts. I am quite upset that this employee was rude and unwilling to represent the product as advertised.<br><br>After lots of back and forth he sent me an email asking for a list of what I needed. "This merchant has changed their delivery methods which, in my case, has tripled the delivery time. As of this writing, the item ordered on the date, below, has not arrived and will not for another four days. From order to delivery, thirteen days; used to be two to three. They state they have received complaints from other customers about the delay, but continue to use the same process for a year now. I would hope that a change is coming. If not, I won't continue to do business with them."
