The seat covers ordered are custom fit CoverKing covers and we have not had prior complaints about the fit if the correct pattern is ordered for the year, make, model and seat specifications of the vehicle. As for return shipping: if a custom item does not fit as advertised we are can always send a prepaid return label or get a no charge exchange set up if this is requested by customer. I see that customer contacted us to say that he was sending them back but, no mention of request for return label/shipping. Original shipping is not refunded unless the order was not delivered within the promised time.”
