posted May-14-2012 “We appreciate this customer's orders and regret his dissatisfaction. We received one order after 1:00pm on Mon 5/7 and it was shipped the next day. UPS reports it was delivered Wed, 5/9. We received a second order 5/7 at approx 4:00pm. That order was shipped 5/9 and delivered 5/10. For both, s&h fees were $0. We did not try to "charge ... extra to ship the package the same way."
For both orders we offered a number of shipping options. In both cases the customer chose our "Standard" non-rush shipping. When we offered it we said, "Estimated Delivery: 5-8 Business Days." In both cases, delivery was considerably faster.
