I would like to apologize about this inconvenient situation.
We are doing our best to make all of the Batterysharks' customers happy with the service/products provided.
I would like to inform you that the Yuasa is now part of EnerSys and Genesis is part of their product line. All of the products from the line are with different part numbers.
The Yuasa batteries are of a great quality and are with High Rate Discharge design. With other words, the batteries are going to provide you better power output over short period of time. They are made for cyclic applications like UPSs.
I believe that the battery will work even better than expected and will serve your needs.

I ordered online on 3\/26\/12 and received an email stating that the battery I ordered was out of stock, but they could ship a lesser Ah battery instead. I stated I need the higher Ah battery and was told that \u0022either wait until we receive it in stock or have us cancel your order\u0022 Unfortunately, I opted to wait. On 3\/27, I was told that the batteries would be \u0022on Friday, but I am not able to guarantee that all of the orders will go out the same day.\u0022 On 4\/4 (a Wednesday), I received an email that stated \u0022We will have the batteries on stock this Thursday and I promise you this wii be the first order that we will ship\u0022. On 4\/6\/12, I was billed and an official order number was given along with an UPS tracking number. I had still not received the batteries by 4\/12. This triggered a series of emails in which they stated that they had the batteries, but that the charger I had ordered was now out of stock. After two days of emails (4\/12 & 4\/13), I repeatedly had asked them to cancel the charger and ship the batteries. They finally came to the conclusion that they could do that and credited my account for the charger which they did. I then receieved an email stating that stated \u0022The batteries are going out today \u0022 and using the same tracking number as before and that I could check my order at their online site. I just got off their site which did NOT have my order and UPS had NOT picked up the shipment. I have pleaded with and gotten thouroughly frustrated with their handling on this matter. The customer service reps keep saying they are sorry for the delay, but no action is really taken. For all those praising this company, I am glad you got good service, but my experience has been horrible. The only voiced compensation for all the headaches\/frustration they have given me is a possible discount on my NEXT order. You got to be kidding! Like I will ever order from this company again after this experience. I am not sure when\/if I will ever receive what I ordered over TWO WEEKS AGO!!! I have been contacted by three different service reps, all apologetic, but sending the product should be paramount over excuses and non-action. I indicated that I would allow the substitution only if the battery was a Yuasa 12V, 7.5Ah. On 3\/26 I received a genesis 12V, 7.0 Ah battery instead of the Yuasa that was promised. First of all they have not contacted me in any way they just posted a reply that they are doing everything to keep me happy.
