posted Feb-13-2012 “Spoke with customer today. Our hours are clearly posted on our website, we are not open on weekends (when she states she tried to call). Customer stated they received the EXACT BATTERY as DESCRIBED and PICTURED in the website. We do not pull a bate and switch. The description on her order clearly stated 'THIS IS A REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND MAY BE A DIFFERENT BRAND, BUT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE OEM SPECIFICATIONS." The title states it is a Panasonic Replacement Battery.”
