posted May-09-2012 “The customer placed his order himself through our web site for a BLI-723-1-4 battery and that’s what was shipped. No changes were made to the order. The customer called after trying the battery in the phone and said the battery was dead, however the customer also advised us the phone was bad so he purchased a new phone. If the phone is bad this would cause the battery not to work and in these situations the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The customer was given return information to send the battery back for credit. The customer was also emailed on 5-8 for confirmation as to the full reason for returning the battery and we are waiting for a response. We thank you for your comments.”
posted May-02-2012 “The customer ordered two, Two Way Radio batteries and contacted us to advise the batteries would not hold a charge as long as they would like. The customer was advised we would email a return-shipping label to send the batteries back. Once the batteries were received they would be tested in accordance with the manufacturers recommended testing procedures and if found defective would be credited in full and if the batteries tested good they would be credited for the material only. posted Apr-18-2012 “The customer placed the order himself through our website for an YTZ10S battery. Our website only shows one battery being listed for a MV Agusta F4, Brutale - 750cc, 910cc, 1000cc (2000 - '10) Motorcycle which is the YTZ10S battery. If you click on the specs tab the battery size is listed for confirmation. The customer called back after receiving the battery indicating the battery is too short. The customer gave us the original part number off his old battery, which was XTX9-BS which crosses to the YTX9-BS. If you type the XTX9-BS number in our search field the YTX9-BS battery will come up and again if you click on the specs tab the battery size will be listed for confirmation. The customer chose to place a new order for the correct battery and was given return information to send the incorrect battery ordered back for credit. In situations where Battery Mart is not at fault it is the customer responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. We thank you for your comments.”
"I Ordered a Battery for my 01 Yamaha YZF R6 and ordered the battery tender with it to keep it up to full charge. I am pleased with the order experience shipping was quick and Price could not be beat I looked locally for the battery and it was as much as both the battery and tender here.
