"I had been anxiously awaiting availability of the new Samsung WB850F camera. All indications were that it would be arriving 5/4 at one of your competitors. Prior to that date, their site indicated pre ordering was available. The price was reduced $30 on pre orders received by 5/5. I placed my order on 5/4. However, when I reviewed the order status, the camera was listed as "backordered." I talked with customer service and was told they were expecting an order any day. So I waited until 5/10. Camera was still shown as "backordered." I contacted American Express for assistance with locating another source with the camera in stock. I was told you guys had it. I called and placed my order and received the camera the next day, as promised. I'm leaving the country on 5/15 and wanted this camera to take with me!
