The delivery was quicker than expected and the delivery guys were nice enough to hold it for 2 weeks while I closed on my house. I paid for platinum white glove delivery and the delivery guys did a good job putting the furniture together and getting rid of all of the trash. A few days later a customer service rep contacted us to let us know the order was moving forward. I did wind up contacting the customer service rep after about 10 days to find out where things stood - he may have nudged things along, because I heard from the delivery company the next day, got my furniture delivered and set up on a Sunday morning, everything looks great and I saved about 20% over the best in-store pricing I could find.
