When you placed this order, we had a message on the product page, in your cart and in your confirmation page that this product would be back ordered for 2-4 weeks. That is why you haven't been charged yet. We do apologize about the delay, but that is when we are scheduled to get this product shipped out. Then after your product comes in stock, it usually takes 2-5 business days to reach you. I hope that makes sense.

The very next day we switched it to 2-4 weeks shipping because it that. This is no excuse for the late shipment, but I wanted to apologize about this. I would understand if you never ordered from us again, but we would love a second chance. Looking at the tracking on your package, your item was out for delivery at 9:46 am today.
