"Recently I ordered som green coffee bean extract from Best Price Nutrition, however while the estimated time was to be about 3-5 days it's been over the alotted time. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service provided. My item says backordered however there is no clear indication whether I will receive my product tomorrow or in a month. I have e-mailed several times with no response whatsoever. Any help the company could provide would be most appreciated"

When you placed this order, we had a message on the product page, in your cart and in your confirmation page that this product would be back ordered for 2-4 weeks. That is why you haven't been charged yet. We do apologize about the delay, but that is when we are scheduled to get this product shipped out. Then after your product comes in stock, it usually takes 2-5 business days to reach you. I hope that makes sense.

"Placed order on April 26, site said "in stock" and that it would ship within one week. On May 2 we got an Email that said it was ready for pickup - what does that mean? On May 10th, we wrote and asked when our product would arrive, 24 hours later we have NOT heard back from them.

BEWARE of bestpricenutrition.com - they left me hanging and they will do the same to YOU!!! "

“I do apologize about the delay. We didn't expect to get over 10,000 orders on just the day after that specific Dr. Oz Show aired. The very next day we switched it to 2-4 weeks shipping because it that. This is no excuse for the late shipment, but I wanted to apologize about this. I would understand if you never ordered from us again, but we would love a second chance. Looking at the tracking on your package, your item was out for delivery at 9:46 am today.

"I ordered 2 items (Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and Calcium Pyruviate, as part of a pack) but upon opening my delivery there was only one item there and the other one is missing. I called your Customer Service Department and they onformed me that the missing order (Calcium Pyruviate) is currently out of stock and will be delivered to me once available. I was just thinking that it should have appeared out of stock in the inventory when I was ordering so I would not have assumed I will be getting it in one delivery."
