This time, I called them with a question, and the woman who answered was extremely helpful, clear, and friendly. I called back with a second question, and she was still friendly, haha. I love this company, because of the ease... I could rent from a place that is 35 minutes away, and it does cost perhaps ~$20 less, but that business makes renters pick it up on Friday afternoon, and return the items back by noon on Monday. With BorrowLenses, I was able to have the lens for Fri, Sat, and Sun shoots. BorrowLenses.com is just easier for me than renting from the local place-- I would rather be at home being able to get work done than driving to get a lens (It\u0027d be 2 hours of my time to drive to pick it up and drop it off, otherwise). With BorrowLenses I just have to be home the day they deliver (not a problem, since I work at home), and I was able to return the item to the local FedEx (only 10 minutes away from my home) just before 5pm on Monday(perhaps you can return later on Monday-- If you need to know, you can just ask BorrowLenses). The shipping is already paid for with the purchase, and the shipping label is already included... super easy. I also love that they sent an email that Monday to remind me to return the lens (I did remember already, but I am forgetful, so I love that they have a courtesy email just in case!).
