It was very easy to use and gave a lot of info. I called and spoke with Linda Patterson who helped me find the perfect diamond for my setting. I placed an order (D, SI1) and it came within a week. I took my new diamond back my local jewelry store to have my new stone set. The jewelry store wasn\u0027t happy with me but admitted they would have charged several thousand dollars more. Took a couple of weeks of lengthy online checking. Initial attempt was dealing with a fast talking, pressure convo, online scam artist who wanted some money down to look for my particular stone. No can do on that! Finally, found Brilliance, found my stone & did some comparison pricing & analysis with several other low-ball & highly rated online dealers. Brilliance, for the 2.02 carat Cushion shape diamond I chose & got, could not be bested price wise & quality by anybody else! (Do realize that every minute technical differences in my diamond specs, whether visible to the naked eye or not, can spell out increases in the hundreds to thousands of dollars from dealer to dealer). Brilliance also exactly had the style of setting that I had in mind, what are the odds of that? So I also ordered the semi-custom setting in white gold, knife edge, half bezel, with .48 carats, then had the Cushion stone mounted. <br><br>Result: my GF, now fianc\u00e9e loved it! Some comments from her BFFs that I recall; \u0022I don\u0027t even like diamond rings but I love your ring & would wear it\u0022. Another one said, \u0022I posted in FB that your ring while riding in your car was blinding me & not the sun\u0022. Restaurant dinner with yet another friend said, \u0022I can\u0027t stop staring at your brilliant ring\u0022. ... & there were several other very nice comments she\u0027s received. & my fianc\u00e9e always replied with, \u0022Would you believe, he picked this out on his own?\u0022 Needless to say, I came out smelling better than a rose. Of course, Brilliance helped me pull this whole e-ring thing off & make it a reality. I posted some of the ring pics I\u0027ve taken in two other sites that I visit. No, I\u0027m not pro, its just a whole lot easier to take pics since its a beautiful ring (IMHO). <br><br>Customer service: A++++, Linda\u0027s input & attention to my needs was pure excellence. She readily responded to my few e-mail questions, phone call concerns, ...way, way, faster than even the people who work under me! "I could not have been happier with my dealings with Brilliance. I am a person that knew very little about diamonds and did a ton of research and took a chance by ordering my fiances diamond through Brilliance. Every step of the way they answered my questions and were very quick with responses. I also appreciate the attention to detail on what they include in the package contents (i.e. receipt and diamond certification on a cd). Will be purchasing through them in the future."
