"I really did Buy Happier ,when I purchased my Roomba last week. Order was shipped very quickly and the extended warranty is the longest ever offered for free. I was surprised when I received the follow up email from Angela Stinson checking to see if I received my purhase and had any issues. They had one of the lowest prices around. I would recomend "BUY HAPPIER" to anyone.

"This is one of the best online resellers in my experience. The customer service is exceptional. I placed an order for a recertified vacuum. Second day they called me apologizing my order was back order but they offered me a new unit with a competitive price. After another day, I called them saying that I want to change the order to another model which includes a bonus pack. They checked and found my order has been shipped and decided they were going to send me the bonus pack for free. The customer service is always very nice, professional and prompt. I will definitely buy from them again and again!"

"I was happy with the order except on the info comercial they offer the cookbook which I thought it would be part of the Ninja, but the service was wonderful and I would order with them again"

"I must admit, I was skeptical, at the price, I figured if it lasted a year I'd be happy. My Dyson25 (refurbished), stopped working about six months ago, I figured for what I paid, I had been lucky. While cleaning house, I found the paperwork from when I bought it in 2010. It had a 3 yr. warranty, that I didn't even remember it came with. I called the Buy Happier 800 number, a young lady, named Angela, got Dyson on a 3-way call with me, I told them the problem, he had me do a few things, then told Angela what the problem was. Three days after that phone call, I received a new brush head via UPS, put it on my Dyson, and it runs like new. VERY IMPRESSED!!, Thanks, I am telling all my friends, and anyone who will listen, GREAT company, and something very UNUSUAL these days, STOOD BEHIND their product. BRAVO! The Dyson guy did tell me about cleaning my filters, (which until then, I didn't know I had),so with that info, it should help my vacuum last for many years AFTER that 3 year warranty has expired. "One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, over the internet. Bought a refurbished Neato vacuum from BuyHappier off Ebay. Vacuum died second time I used it. They took it back and when they didn't have any more refurbs in stock shipped me a brand new unit."

"I bought a vacume from Buy Happier and it wasn't what I expected. I called them and they were very helpful in helping me return it. They refunded my money within 3 days of receiving the product back and kept me informed of all information. I would definetly do business with them again. Thank you for your prompt service."

"The customer service & support from buyhappier.com is superb! I bought a neato 11 robotic vacuum & had problems with it because of a software version issue. While neato company itself told me I needed to get a compatible USB adapter to download updated software MYSELF, even though they sold me a defective product that required this update to operate correctly, buyhappier.com immediately assumed responsibility for this error & sent me a return label & shipped out a replacement neato 11 with verified updated software.
The support representative , Bradley Honig, had an immediate grasp of the problem & took ownership of this problem with the attitude "I want a satisfied customer and this problem WILL be resolved by us in a way that does not inconvenience you the customer." Brad represented this company well & true to its name. I wish I received this kind of service & support from every business I shop with. This type of support is a throw-back to at least the 1950's. The only thing missing from my experience with them is a little jingle/ditty! : )"

"I ordered the Shark Navigator Lift-away Vacuum cleaner from Buy Happier and I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was very competitive with other online merchants. The package arrived promptly and everything was intact.

A few months later, the Turbo Pet Hair accessory, that came with the Shark system, stopped working. When I called Buy Happier, a customer service representative (Jin) went above and beyond to make sure that I was sent a new replacement. She contacted Shark directly and we had a three-way conference call to discuss the issue. Later, I was contacted by Angela to make sure that I received my replacement.

Now, when I am considering purchasing something online, I always check at Buy Happier first, to see if they carry the product. I wholeheartedly recommend Buy Happier!"

"I am so impressed with this company (BuyHappier.com) and its excellent customer service! We bought a Roomba vacuum about a year ago, with a 3-year warranty (the price was very good). It worked fine but the battery started running out quickly on it, so we decided to contact BuyHappier to have them check it out. When I sent an email to them, they responded right away!! (Either the same day or the next day). They emailed me a UPS packaging label. I actually took about a week to send it back to them. I received a notification from UPS that it was delivered and the next day April from customer service contacted me and let me know I forgot to include my accessories (charger). I let her know I would mail it to them and she notified me that she would send a replacement unit right away and that I should receive it within 5 business days. Wow, I am just so impressed! I would fully expect a company to wait until they received the missing parts to send it out but this exceeded all of my expectations. I will DEFINITELY do more business with BuyHappier in the future and I highly recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!"
