posted Apr-22-2012 “We are strongly against this comment and like to tell all our valued customer that the comment here is for the order#21033 which was placed on 02/28/2012 and which was a Power Supply unit for Dell PowerEdge Server with 30 Days Warranty from COMPTECHARENA.COM. We provide 30 days Warranty for all our New Pull And New Bulk Products and we are bound take care of any kind of issue within this Warranty Period. Our valued customer for order#21033 placed the order on 02/28/2012 and request for return/replace on 04/20/2012 which is after 52 Days. Which is close to 2 months. the customer ordered the Pull product which has a 30 Days Warranty from comptecharena.com.If he claimed the Warranty within the 30 Days then we were bound to do that according to our terms and condition. But
the customer claimed it after 52 days where the warranty period is 30 days. And in that case our company terms and condition do not allow us to that.
So this was the reason why we can not full fill the customers request.”

We bought it for $150 and 52 days later it went belly up. We contacted comptecharena and were informed it was out of warranty, and they wouldn\u0027t help us. We then learned that \u0022new pull\u0022 is their term for refurbished and certified by them. They obviously don\u0027t have a lot of confidence in their refurbished products, or else they would give them more than a 30-day warranty. <br><br>I also noticed a lot of reviews on other sites that review merchants that show they are unethical regarding credit cards and falsifying FedEx numbers and other hair-raising stuff.
