posted Mar-07-2012 “Hi Russell, was there any damage to the switch? We called dozens of times to find out if there was any shipping damage, but only get your voicemail. If the switch is damaged in any way we'll get you a prepaid return label ASAP and replace the switch immediately. Most Dorman items (like this switch) are drop-shipped directly from Dorman, regardless of what company you buy from. Unfortunately Dorman never uses packing materials when shipping lightweight items, but they are fantastic about replacing parts damaged in shipping. (Dorman probably figured out that it's cheaper and better for the environment to replace the 1-in-500 item that's damaged in shipping than to use packing materials in all 500 shipments.) Just let us know if you'd like us to replace the switch and we'll get it taken care of, thanks!”

"This was the first time I ordered from Car Parts Discount. I have ordered from various car parts suppliers in the past and have had several issues. Either the price was too high, they did not stock the item or I received damaged parts.
The price, people I spoke to on the phone (Drew), in stock items and delivery were all outstanding. All my items were over packaged with protection. I was very impressed with all the aspects of Car Parts Discount! Year one and other suppliers of auto parts are now at the back of the bus for me. Outstanding job Car Parts Discount. The quality of the parts were also very good, the metal was not that thin gauge stuff you get from most places. All my restorations require good quality parts. Not Junk!"
