"I dont know. I have now waited 6 buisness days, and still have not received any parts. I also never received an email telling me the parts have been shipped, so I still have no idea if they have, or not. I keep getting these generic emails from you guys, but no one can answer any questions. When I called the lady told me it was basically, standard procedure that the parts had not even left the "warehouse", until about 5 buisness days later. I'm not as upset as I probably sound, but better communication is expected. I am a very patient person, and completely understand if it takes a bit to fabricate, and ship. I do not understand the every day generic emails, followed up by no actual communication about my order. Then you send me this survey as if the parts have arrived. Give me a break."
