"I ordered my contacts 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. They have AWFUL customer service. It's literally been one month. Today was the delivery day and still no sign of any contacts. I rechecked my email and it said that I placed the order last week, LAST WEEK?! and that it would be arriving 2 weeks from now. I called them and they said they don't know why I would receive such an email, as my contacts should be arriving in 3 days. They're way too disorganized. Crappiest customer service I've ever seen. Take my advice and order from a real company."

"I ordered my reading glasses a week ago and got the express shipment. the estimated delivery was 04/27/12. It's already been a day pass the delivery date and I haven't gotten any e-mail saying my glasses were shipped. Customer service is awful! I am disappointed with this company!"

"They charged my credit card then canceled my order, saying there was a glitch in their system that allowed me to order a pair of Lacoste glasses for $11.90, but the promo code worked when I was checking out. BEWARE OF COASTAL. They might deliver the cheap frames for ten bucks, but they won't honor all of the prices and you may end up with your identity stolen. Customer service was very unprofessional and unhelpful, basically talked in circles around me."

"Great - I've had problems with retail stores getting my prescription's axis (for astigmatism) correct, so I was a little worried about ordering online. Costal .com got it right both times. "

"Love it! Large selection, great prices, easy ordering, and quick delivery. Plus all the interactive aids to help me choose the best size, style and color frames. My son and I both love the pair of glasses that we ordered in March."

"They need to update their styles with bigger size frames to fit most grown men. seem like most of their glasses are very Narrow meant for women in width. 120mm? -124mm? I have a small Head and I need at least 132mm-134mm and with almost $120 for lens and the quality is not all that good. very slow to refund or any exchanges wasted 2-3weeks of my time for false hope of a good fitted good quality glasses to wear. this company will not last too long with already a 20% sales decline in 2011"
