“Oh you would make my Dad a very proud man ;) He started an office supply company up in 79 with a great motto; "Service is Everything" So I have been bred to make sure the customer receives product in a very timely fashion. We actually took his motto and changed it to; "Service is STILL Everything" but in today's world we also add great pricing in the mix too.

posted May-07-2012 “Were sorry this happened, we simply sold out of this product so quickly our systems didn't have time to update while you placed your order. We did not inform you immediately as we attempted to purchase additional units and to see if one of the initial 15 purchased may cancel. That did not happen and stock has been sparse so we did give you a full credit and would have done so without a unpleasant email! We are a very reputable company and make sure we treat our customers as fairly as possible and attempt to make things right.”
