Spent 3k+ on a high end gaming rig, and got everything I asked for with it properly overclocked. My only issue was that I wanted the computer shipped by a certain date and paid a 75 dollar fee for \u0022expedited processing\u0022 and was told it would ship by that thursday or friday. It did not ship till Monday. While it is not a huge deal, it was a let down and certainly a waste of 75$. That is the only thing holding back from a 5 star review. Other than that, everything went smooth. This is my 2nd custom built computer. I always got HP computer this time they offer gaming computers, so I started customizing one I know what I wanted. So I called them and ask could I get a bigger power supply because I wanted to do SLI, They said no. This pissed me off why offer a gameing computer if it under power so I goggled<br>custom built computers, I check out some sites this one had the best reviews. Went to site had everything I wanted so I started<br>building one like what I saw. Before I place my order I call to make sure I pick the right stuff. I want to thanks Gene he was a great help in making my new computer super super great. Also I had alot to spend $4,750.00 4yrs of saving. Great shipping speed order 2\/7\/12 received 10:00am 2\/15\/12. ( hp I waited 3 weeks). I also like that Gene called me on the 14th and told me that it shipped, he was worried that I didnot order virus protection I told him I already have waiting to istall which I did today 2\/16\/12. I am one happy girl now time to start install games. "Buyer experience was good for most part. (Only issue was my paypal -email address was different that i had signed up for through computerlx.com , but that was my fault. Thus far I am impressed with the the computer. I was going to build the computer myself, but the price here was too good to pass up (would have cost me more to build the same computer as on the website). Tech told me while on the same call that i fixed the paypal payment issue (Different e-mail address), that the os I had that i was going to install on the system at my house (xp pro sp3) would not install on my system correctly. Upon receiving the system (cd drive wasnt flush with the front the case-caused by the shipping, not computerlx's fault), I went ahead and decided to still try to install xp pro sp3, and it worked, only took 15min to install! Drivers for the motherboard were on the cd that came with the motherboard. Haven't had any real issues thus far and would defiantly recommend computerlx.com My thought on the tech was he wasnt aware that the motherboard cd had the correct drivers, not a big issue because there are so many motherboards out there. I will be purchasing a 2nd pc soon from computerlx.com "
