" GEEKS.COM.... The best store for computer parts, good items,
good prices. They still stock older parts if your working on
a older system.....they usually have what you need older items
or newer items. Have only had a couple items that didn't work
properly....GEEKS.COM took care of me right away... no hassel
at all. Been happy with GEEKS.COM for many years.

"I have been a customer since 2009 and I have been a very happy customer ever since! Shortly after receiving the email stating my order has been shipped, I have always received my package(s) 3-5 days after, sometimes withing 3 days! Geeks.com has been my favorite and only choice to buy computer related needs. THANK YOU GEEKS.COM!! I'll be a customer as long as I live! Btw, I have to fill out one invoice order and order date... There are too many so I will fill out the most recent:)"

"I have ordered from them in the past and always had no problems with the products or customer service. This time around, I ordered a hard drive from them. The drive sounds like it is grinding on something, and it is incredibly loud. I have never heard a hard drive that is so loud just for normal operations. It is also getting rather hot almost to the point where it would burn your finger if you touch it, which immediately caused concern for me. I called them up to get a replacement / refund and it was a completely hassle free experience. These guys are wonderful on the customer service end. They are sending me out a return box and RMA number. Since they are so great at customer service and offer good parts, I am definitely going to order from them again."

"I ordered a Acer 23" monitor at a great price. I came in and was missing the power supply. I called customer service and they were very prompt to fix the problem. The monitor came in a timely manner. Thank you."

"I accidentally ordered the wrong computer, and I called the tech guys and talked to Alfredo, who spoke clearly, and was very helpful. He was able to get me a FULL refund, waive the 15% restcking fee I was ready to pay, and even got my return number to me immediately, and, AND!!! paid for the freight. I got a full, FULL refund, and I'm feeling awesome about the great service. I'm trying to find a survey so I can give 'em 10's all the way down the line. Great Job Alfredo!"

"I purchased a desktop from this site and I was really excited because I thought I was getting a great deal. The product description said that the computer had a Intel core i7 processor however after receiving the computer and installing all my software and transferring files, I found out that it had a i3 processor.....huge difference. After returning it and waiting another 2 weeks for them to make a decision...they finally returned my money. I also purchased the computer because they were advertising free shipping....now that I have my money back, the free shipping deal is gone and they won't give me a promo code. Geeks.com is a fine place to shop....IF THEY SHIP YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCT....OTHERWISE YOU'RE SCREWED!!!"

"Just love these guys! I have been shopping with them for years. Most of my electronics in my house have come from them. My last order was missing a cable and customer service had it to me in one business day. Awesome!"
