I would have received my frame earlier but they didn\u0027t have it in stock and so they had to order it. I was very pleased with the service that they provided. I was promised a refund of shipping cost. I have never received the refund. The new glasses showed up with a scratch and a very small chip in them like someone dropped them. The new lens is not perfectly clear. 5 weeks of frustration and I am still unhappy with the glasses. Great frames, but these are not quality lenses. We were enthusiastic about the order, and we figured that the shipping confirmation would come after Easter. We emailed on the 10th again and we received confirmation that Coolframes were working on the presciption eyeglasses, and it took 7 to 10 business days. We got worried on the night of 16th, when we still did not receive shipping confirmation. Although it was 8 business days we waited, we started getting panicky, and read reviews most of them good, but found a few bad reviews. We decided to cancel our shipment because we felt Coolframes was delaying too much, so we send an email to cancel the order. We were told the next day by phone and email that we had to pay $20 for cancellation fee. We did not want to, but the owner of Coolframes managed to talk to my husband and sort things out and they send out the frames very soon after that on the 17th. They also send a shipping confirmation and usps tracking number. It took 9 business days, but that wasn\u0027t why we panicked. We did not receive any shipping confirmation email soon after we ordered, which would have made us feel at ease. It would have took longer because of ground shipping. But Coolframes expedited the shipment and we received our package two days later and signed for it. The prescription glasses was worth it, and my husband looked great, we\u0027re happy with it. On Sunday I urgently required a replacement pair of sunglasses that I had bought as a gift in Europe. I live in California.. Anywhere, at any price, I needed a EXACT replacement. Literally all day Monday, I called online shops & brick-n-mortar places in the USA. The man answered, heard my dilemma & said \u201cno problem\u201d He said I can have them by Thursday. I thought, there is no way. "The frames I ordered arrived promptly, well packaged, and in perfect condition. They were delivered with signature confirmation. The price was excellent -- the lowest I could find online or locally, for high quality Tura titanium frames. I love these frames!
