Contacted Coops who said an adapter should have been in the box. After calling, emailing and online support for months still no adapter and mirror manufacturer states no adapter exists and said they sold us the wrong mirrors. Asked for a wiring diagram which they also promised and never came thru with we contacted a completely different company to help us. The order hadn\u0027t changed from \u0022processed\u0022 to \u0022shipped\u0022 so I called the company\u0027s 800 number.<br><br>Zac Cooper answered the phone. He was honest and explained that this was a new product and he wasn\u0027t sure of the exact status. Basically this was a new product for Coop\u0027s Customs and Zac wasn\u0027t as familiar with the fulfillment process as he would have liked to be. <br><br>Long story short, after a couple of more phone calls Zac explained that the product was back ordered and waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. Zac also provided a date that he believed the product would ship buy in addition to explaining where the fulfillment center was so that I had a rough idea of shipment time.<br><br>So, three weeks waiting for the product to arrive. Am I happy? Well, the price was roughly 25% less that anywhere else so yes.
