"First time working with Crystalfontz at this company. Ordering was easy. Customer service was not especially friendly and definitely didn't make me feel like they valued my business -- but got the job done and was no nonsense. If you have needs that don't fit within their existing products or pricing structure, they probably aren't the company for you, regardless of your size. Technical support was knowledgable, outstanding *and* friendly with great followup."
