The reviews were overwhelmingly excellent. I was able to speak to real customers that I game with, all had nothing but good things to say. So my decision to buy from CyberpowerPC was easy. I placed my order on 4\/18. Within an hour I received an email from Steve letting me know my motherboard was on back order and would be in the following week. I had ordered an quicker build but was not charged because of the back order. The next week past and the motherboard came in. I was informed by email that the computer had entered assembly stage. The next day it went into quality control. I knew it was ready to ship, I gave Steve a call and asked if I could bump up my shipping to two day. No problems, Steve made it happen. 2 weeks after I ordered it, I had my computer. First thing that shocked me was how quiet this thing is, it makes no noise. Gaming computers in my past always were fairly noisy while running. This thing is lightning fast as I would have expected. One of the nicest bonus\u0027s, no bloatware for me to remove. It is too early to give a complete review of the computer other to say it has exceeded my expectations so far. But my experience with CyberpowerPC has been outstanding. I will buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. This has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. Often times the positive reviews are vague an the negative reviews are extremely detailed. I think the positive reviews should be detailed as well and that is what intend to do.<br><br>I purchased my 2nd gaming machine modified to my specifications in late April of 2012. I waited patiently while analyzing the pricing structure on their website in an attempt to capture the best deal. My timing was perfect because I paid $1150 dollars for a machine that would cost well over $2000 if the parts were purchased separately. Positive point #1. <br><br>Immediately (within half a day) after placing the order, I received an email stating that because my credit card\u0027s mailing address did not match the shipping address, my order would be placed on hold and that I would need to fix this with my credit card company. This is positive point #2. They do not tolerate credit card fraud and they communicate quickly. I changed the mailing address on the card\u0027s website and told them to please proceed. They confirmed that the order was proceeding. <br><br>The item arrived as predicted with superior packing. When I was specifying the build, I selected two ATI HD 7770 cards built in cross fire mode. The website states that the cards will be a major brand supported by ATI. Well they were XFX black editions, which I believe are some of the most expensive highest performing non-reference versions available. Positive #3.<br><br>I would also like to mention that my first machine from them had problem that seemed to be hardware related. They shipped me a new mother board and GPU with a hold on my credit card. So when my fiancee needed a new desktop there wasn\u0027t a second thought to where we would go. We chose Cyberpower again and built her an amazing gaming PC for around $600 and we couldn\u0027t be happier. The customer service is amazing, if you email them they will get back to you the same day (from my experience).
