So, I ordered the receiver and received in 5 business days through their free ground shipping. However, after connecting it all up, I found the Denon receiver to be defective - so I spent time with Denon technical support to make sure that was the case. The Denon technical support indicated that it may be a problem with HDMI switching board. After searching the internet, I found this to be a common problem with these receivers. So I told DIYMicro that the Denon technical support had indicated that the receiver was defective and that I would be returning it instead of an exchange for a new one. The sales team and the customer support team were extremely helpful in resolving it in 5 days after they received the package and I received a full refund.
