posted May-18-2012 “hmmm...that's odd. We can clearly see that we sent him plenty of emails about his order, and can clearly see that never once was an email not replied to. Apparently he's just mad that he company that makes the product he ordered, was out of stock. Too bad that neither he, nor any retail store, controls that.
