“As was previously stated, your order did not include the gasket. I thoroughly inspected it and it was not there. We shipped out what we had listed on your order and that's all you were charged for.
I'm sorry you feel like our rep made no attempt to sell you the gasket you needed, however I cannot look into that as you have not given me the time you called in, the name of the person you spoke with, or any other means of identifying a breakdown in our customer service. I did request such information in a private communique to you, however I received no response.
