Excellent customer support that answered the phone immediately when called without having to enter a tortuous combination of digits. When I experienced some problems with delivery, due to my misunderstanding, they called and tried to accommodate my needs. The nature of the misunderstanding is entirely my fault. When they say "curbside delivery" it literally means on the street by the curb which can be a bit difficult to address since I live on a hill and my front door is down a flight of stairs and the garage is up an incline. Even my street is on an incline. Just make sure you, or your contractor, is ready to accept and install when the appliance arrives. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. "
