"The item (a tanzanite drop necklace) that I ordered from Diamonds International was 1) a good deal, 2) received very quickly and 3) exactly what was shown online. It's a nice compliment piece to the stone that I purchased from DI in Grand Cayman last summer. "

"The earrings I bought are gorgeous and well worth the money. The stones are clear and good sized. The pictures online represent the pieces well. I love them! The only bad thing was that one or both were not in stock and my order was not processed as soon as expected and there was no communication to tell me this. I ordered on 5/7 and got them on 5/16. I found out they were out of stock and had to be ordered from the designer when I used the online chat to customer service. They arrived a couple of days later."

"I have had a bad time with them. They sold me a diamond ring and when the ring didn't hold up they wouldn't take the diamond back, just the ring. That's because they said the diamond was worth 3000.00 when it is only worth 300.00. What a ripoff. I won't buy from them ever again. Response: It doesn't matter if it's online or not. You know as well as I do that you will not take back the diamond and that it isn't worth as much as you say or sell it for. Very disappointed and I have dealt with customer service plenty of times. They are just doing their job as per your rules! The online store is too expensive for what I can buy in a diamond store. Learned my lesson well!"

"The item I purchased actually arrived before I expected it to. The light color of the tanzanite was a little dissapointing but, for the size of the stones and the price, Diamonds International is very hard to beat. Keep up the good work!"

"Although my credit card had the DI charge pending, I have not heard from them since I placed the order nor has the item that I purchased arrived. I do prefer the in store interactions, but the stores I visited did not have the earrings I wanted to purchase and they were shown online, but I am thinking they are not available online either."

"Very good. We have visited several DI stores in various ports on cruises to get the charms, and the purchase we just made was to get the ones from other ports we had visited, but did not get the charms (we were not on Royal Caribbean, and therefore did not get the certificates). In our visits to stores, we were very pleasantly greeted, and were never put unded any pressure to buy anything else. Our mail order was very promptly and adequately filled."
