"I ordered an Intel Q6700 Core 2 Quad 2.66ghz cpu from Digiconcepts, but only after I contacted their customer support to help make sure it was the correct processor. From day one, DigiConcepts treated me like royalty. The shipping was fast and free, there was no tax even though I live in the state where they ship from, and the customer support rep, Lori, was quick to respond and very friendly. After ordering the chip, she was quick to offer some accessories to help me with the install of the new chip, which was a very nice touch. She kept me informed of the status of my order the whole way through delivery to my house. Once the chip arrived, I had some concerns about it that I had expressed to customer service. She was very quick to respond again, even after normal business hours, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Her comment: "We treat our customers like family" and that is exactly how I felt. If you want to experience exceptional customer service, from an exceptional company, you need to experience Digiconcepts. I will definitely be doing future business, as I know I will be taken care of here better than most companies. I truly cannot say enough about how blown away I was with this company. Lori and Digiconcepts, if your reading this, keep it up, you're doing it right. "

"Fast shipping, excellent communication, and quality product. Also, a wealth of information on their website regarding officially licensed Microsoft software so you can educate yourself on the subject before you make a purchase. I am 100% satisfied and I'm confident you will be, too."

"I recently decided to upgrade my year old discount computer system. It was something I had done in the past and wanted to renew an old hobby. Researching my existing motherboard I discovered that it would support a higher end CPU chip. That led me to digiconcepts which had a good deal on it.

Once received, the troubles started. I installed the new CPU and nothing worked. Consulting some guru friends I chose the most reasonable solution and upgraded the power supply. This had no effect on the problem. In frustration I turned to a computer tech to debug. His conclusion was the new chip was bad (the video card now also failed.)

This led me to Michael at digiconcepts. He suspected the problem was not the new CPU but the mother board which he discovered to be a dubious bargain basement product. Now in fairness the board had done fine in the original system but the specs declared it could handle the upgraded line. Michael suggested a new board would be the better way out. I took him up on it and he then researched for my specs and found a prospect at a competitive price. I went for it.

He then offered to check my components against the mother board in order to eliminate any actual faulty parts. I shipped him my new CPU, the supposed defunct video card and the memory modules. He tested them on the new board to now find all was OK. It was my old motherboard after all that was the problem.

The new mother board and the old components are now on their way back to their home and will be my new and improved system.

What I've learned from this experience: In a competitive market one generally gets what one pays for. When it comes to hobbies, knowledge is just as valuable as money. And nothing is more valuable than a good friend. Michael at digiconcepts is such a friend. He's somebody you can trust."

"When you do business with anyone for the first time, there is a sense of trepidation, not knowing what to expect. I did research your company, and I think the two things that really stood out for me was your company's BBB rating of A+ (can't get any better than that), and I think that shows great caring and great effort on your part. Congratulations on such an outstanding rating!

The second thing that really impressed, was the way you meticulously detailed the differences between the various types of software that are available. I looked at so many different sites, and every site had just a little bit of info, but not enough to truly make you feel that you can make an educated decision. The information you provided was so in-depth, that I can honestly say that I learned a lot and I came away from it more educated. Thank you for that!

I look forward to my package arriving, and it's been a pleasure doing business with your fine company.

"At Digiconcepts you get "brick and mortar" service with the convenience of the internet.
I ordered 5 fans for our computers from their website and waited for the confirmation.
Lori contacted me personally to tell me that unfortunately they were out of stock.
Well, I'd bet money that 9 out of 10 other websites would have simply sent an automated email telling me that the order couldn't be completed and that would be the end of it.
Lori let me know right away that she was having a friendly competitor drop-ship the same fans directly to me and at the same price!
It wasn't necessary or expected but boy was it appreciated!
Oh, and they arrived in 2 days.
Lori and Digiconcepts will always be my first choice for electronics parts.
Personal service like I've never seen from an on-line store.

"What an amazing store - and amazing people! It is rare in this day and age that you find people willing to go the "extra mile." Michael does. I had some questions about my order, the product, and the installation procedure. Mike himself spoke with me and walked me through everything. Wow! When it came time for the purchase and shipment, it was very easy and very fast. Upon receipt of the product, it was exactly as described. A breath of fresh air from other resellers and eBay sellers who offer only defective, counterfeit, or otherwise unofficial products. The installation went flawlessly as did the activation process. Microsoft instantly recognized the genuine nature of my OS. I simply could not have asked for a better experience.
