"Wow! My only question after multiple purchases from other builders is, why did it take me so long to find this awesome company, who not only builds the best PCs on the planet but has also made the commitment to provide an awesome customer service experience while doing it .And I use to think that in order to get a custom built system, I had to endure crappy customer service. Wrong! I will never buy a system from any other company again. By the way, I received my system a week ago today and it kicks the Lama's ass. Oops, I probably gave away my age."

"Ive built over 20 of my own computers - not only for myself but for my family, friends and small business's. With this experience I almost built a machine on my own, and Im so glad I didnt.

From beginning to end the process was flawless. Sales took my order and made sure everything was right, from the case I wanted to the SSD I was sending to them. Once the build got under way I was given regular updates on how it was progressing. From finish to testing, testing to shipping they kept me apprised of everything that happened.

Once I got the machine the first thing I noticed was the wonderful, very secure packaging. The case was not marred by any shipping process and everything extra was included in boxes inside.

Once I opened the machine and looked inside I knew I had made the right choice. You could hardly see a wire anywhere inside, everything was tucked away, tightened down. You could tell that whoever put this thing together took great pride in making something special.

After hooking it up and booting it up, which took only 15 seconds or so I found that indeed the testing was supreme. It has run flawlessly with no problems whatsoever since Ive gotten. Everything Ive installed has had no troubles whatsoever either.

This is the finest computer I think I have ever owned. Digital Storm has a definite repeat customer from me."

"As many other reviewers have written, my experience with Digital Storm was great. My budget for a work/gaming system was $3500 -- I did a lot of online research looking for configurations, price, and most importantly for me, support. Digital Storm won the research hands down. Next, my online experience ordering from them was, well, really fun! Their customization form is excellent, but even better are the members of their forums that review configurations with you, offer advice, and answer questions. Once my system was ordered, the rest of the experience was perfect. Tested and shipped early, arrived in perfect condition, and is now humming away, a quiet, impressively powerful system. My husband just ordered a system from Digital Storm - even before mine arrived. Hats off to a great American company!"

"I recently bought a custom gaming computer from Digital Storm. I was immediately pleased with their website, especially the ease in which you can customize your system while comparing many different options for each category, such as motherboard or CPU.

After making the purchase, your receive constant updates via email, advising you of the progress of your build. There are 6 stages, including receipt of order, initial collection of all components, build, quality testing, benchmarking, etc.

They take special care to pack your system well for shipping. A+ experience all around."

"I chose to purchase my gaming rig from Digital Storm after researching many other custom PC builders. Digital Storm had some of the lowest prices and excellent reviews for customer service and quality. My machine shipped quickly and arrived sooner than they said it would. I was a little concerned about having such a fragile piece of equipment shipped, but Digital Storm's packaging was excellent and it arrived in perfect condition. They even have a foam insert that goes inside the case to keep components from coming loose during transport. Overall, the purchase process was a painless experience and my machine is amazing! I will definitely be making future purchases from them."

"I am a repeat customer of Digital Storm. The system I purchased 3 years ago from DS was delivered as promised and has performed without error or failure since. When buying from Digital Storm my experience shows you can expect same day response on configuration questions and day by day status reports as your custom system is built. My new overclocked system arrived in protective packaging, to the schedule expected. There were no surprises in configuration and in two weeks of operation has performed witout error. My loyalty to Digital Storm was well placed."

"I must say, my purchase from Digital Storm was one of the easiest I have ever made. The online community was most helpfull. Service was fast, and the computer arrived on time without a scratch on it. It fired up without any problems, and has continued to work perfectly."

"After reading the review for the ODE level 3 on PCMag I decided to follow up on Digital Storm. I was very impressed with all the reviews that they had received in the past and decided to purchase a computer through them. All the reviews proved to hold true and I was extremely impressed by the level of detail they adhered to while testing the system and making sure it was performing at its maximum potential. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality gaming computer."

"I went with Digital Storm after having an extremely negative experience with Dell trying to order an Alienware system. I've had the system for almost a week now, and it works perfectly. Everyone at Digital Storm was very helpful, from the salesperson that was able to knowledgeably discuss the technical specs to the builder who contacted me about a conflict between the components I wanted and the case I selected. At the end of the day, it's not worth the aggravation to go with Dell just to save $50. Assuming this system holds up (and I have no reason to suspect it won't), my next gaming system will also be a Digital Storm."

"Before I went to Digital Storm website, I configured a top of the line system on Alienware/Dell website. The Alienware costs more while having less performance compared to what Digital Storm has to offer.

My system arrived without damage and the performance is top notch. The build quality is amazing and the inside of the system is clean with excellent cable management. I have been running intensive games for about a week and a half now and the system appears to have complete stability despite having some crazy overclocking on the CPU.

The tech support was very friendly and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. They also made sure to follow up to address my concerns.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely buy again from Digital Storm.
