The reason you didn't receive an email that the items shipped is because we were able to ship them faster than we were able to keep up with the emails being sent out. "In two words, not impressed. Where's my order? Order on March 30, money deducted from my account and then nothing. No email to confirm shipping, no phone call, no lights! It is now April the 12th. I have tried to call their customer service number and waited forever, no one ever answered. Tried the "Click-to-chat"...not working. "
