"I am very surprised to see that there is a review about this place and that the reviews are so high rated. I guess I wasn't so lucky. In fact I ordered a few things from this website to build my own HCG diet kit. I ordered my HCG else where and it came from India 2 weeks. However, my oder with Direct Line was split in 3 Shipments. First came the 2 Bacteriostatic Waters and 2 empty vials within 3 days. Then a week later the 200 ct alcohol pads. Now it's been 20 days since my order and I still haven't received the Needles needed to do my diet. The diet takes 30 days minimum! My vacation trip is a month and a half away. I've wasted a lot of time waiting.
Look, I know the needles I ordered were practically medical grade(1 1/2in Long 25gauge) not diabetic, but still 20 DAYS is ridiculous! The only thing customer service manager was willing to do, is sell me a box of smaller sized needles for Half price on top of what I've already payed. Thats way to many- like 200 needles. Anyways. I was very disappointed. To say that it's because I live out in California is not a good enough excuse. Prices are awesome, but not worth the wait."
