"I have shopped at Directron for over a year for my small business and have yet to come across any problems. They even called me immediately after I placed an order that would require drop-shipment. They also never leave me on hold for more than 5 minutes when I call to inquire about an order/item."

"Ordered this product from here just because of the price. I will order from here more often now. The service was fantastic and shipping was speedy. Received it when I was supposed to. Box wasn't all banged up. One of the plugs was bent a little but that happened at the manufactures. Unit was fully charged. Top notch in my book. Regarding the device. Serious gaming computer and an hd monitor and it barely pulls 218 watts from this thing. I would recommend this 900 watt CyberPower UPS."

"Made my first purchase from Directon. Contacted them about an issue before buying and was immediately contacted back. Directron not only went out of their way to respond quickly, but made this one of the most pleasurable online shopping experiences I've ever had. The gentleman that helped me obviously knew the importance of customer service and showed that he's committed to making Directron the top computer parts stores in the world. The service I received was better than Newegg, Tigerdirect, Superbiiz, NCIX, Mwave, & Microcenter COMBINED. I am truly a DIRECTRON customer for life from this experience. Received item quickly and packaging was top notch. Thanks again DIRECTRON and I'm excited to do business with you again in the future."

"Slow delivery. Ordered on 4/15(Sunday) availed of the free shipping for first time customers, that shipment was to be shipped on a Wednesday(4/18) which I agreed to. Item was shipped only on Friday morning(4/20), and I was already in a panic since was leaving the country Thursday(4/26). Item arrived 4/25(wednesday) to Las Vegas. They also cancelled my 1.00 coupon which I got online to reduce the price...and they should have honored that."

"Extremely poor customer service, will not refund your
money if the software has an issue. Will not respond to
customer from sales or from corporate. Your better off
spending a little money and go direct to your local
retailer. You have a better chance of getting your issues
resolved.

Directron stated that they do not have the product which needs to be yet returned. In their statement it says / on 4/16/2012
the shipment and package was returned again, Directron was billed by UPS to and from the customer. UPS also says that the
product was returned and signed for by Directron. I called the
tracking number to verify. I also paid for the package the first time sent UPS to the company and I have the receipt to prove it. I explained to Directron what happened, I didn't want the software, just a refund. I sent one E-mail to corporate for a response, and waited two weeks with no results. I also sent two emails to Directron in Huston not to send the software, and I wanted a refund for the damage the software caused to my computer and problems it had with other software.
They also stated that I had the software for three months before
I said that I had the issue. Everybody count from January 20, 2012 to april 4, 2012. I came up with 60 days from the time that
I recieved the software. The software crashed my computer which
costs $100 to repair, and one week to wait and reload the software again. It was in April I purchased Turbo Tax and the
software wouldn't work or download my files for taxes. Turbo
tax discovered that the software "bitdefender " was the main cause for the problems and issues we were having. Once the
software was removed, the problem went away.
The real problen an issue was customer service did not do
their job by communicating and responding with the customer. They can keep the money or refund, I just want the public to
know, that you will not get results unless you complain to the
Better Busines Bureau, or post you comment on internet.
Then they are forced to comment or try to resolve an issue."

Directronlee, Directron rep has responded

“On 01/21/2012, The order was placed online order for the product in question. The order number is 1859922. This software product has specific warranty instructions listed on our site which you can see here, http://www.directron.com/pb11031003enm2.html. The warranty is as follows:

Limited Warranty: 30-Day from receiving date with Directron.com for same item replacement. No refund or credit for opened software. 7-Day money back from receiving date with 15% for unopened returns. No refund or credit after 7 days.

Like the majority of company's who resell software, Directron does not allow the return of any software that has been opened. Unopened software can only be returned within 7 days from the time of receipt. There is a 30 day exchange warranty if the software is scratched or damaged in transit.

On 04/03/2012 An RMA return request was made requesting a refund. The confirmation number is RMA-32687. This is well beyond the allowed warranty period.

On 04/09/2012 Directron received the returned, opened software. A Directron representative contacted the customer in regards to the warranty policy and informed him we could not honor his request.

On 04/10/2012 Directron shipped the item back to the customer.

On 04/16/2012 the customer refused the shipment and the package was again returned to Directron on 04/20/2012. Directron was billed by UPS for the shipment to and from the customer.

At this time Directron does have the product which needs to be returned yet again. Directron is willing to try to get in touch with the manufacturer of this product so they can offer technical support to the customer for their product as Directron is a reseller and not the manufacturer. The customer states that he emailed Directron in regards to this issue several times. If he can provide the email address he sent the emails to, we will look in to that and see why he did not receive a response. Directron does wish to resolve this issue in a timely manner. The fact is that the customer had this software for nearly three months before letting us know of his issue. We are currently working with the BBB to address this complaint as well.

***UPDATE*** As of 05/09/2012, Directron has offered a full refund of the original purchase price. This offer was not accepted as of yet.”

"Wonderful service.

I needed a board capable of TPM, they confirmed they had it in stock, they guaranteed delivery within 2 days and met it, and when they found out that the case I ordered wasn't in stock, they called me up, and helped me find a suitable replacement for it. I'd highly recommend them."

"I attempted to return an item that the website said would work with my processor. It did not. I returned the item and Directron proceeded to tell me I had to pay restock fee and shipping charges. Mr Allen finally contacted me (only after I wrote a bad review online) to resolve the issue and return the full price +shipping so the issue is resolved. I'm glad for refund but they should have recognized that this situation was not a normal return - I wrote a letter to them ahead of time stating the issue. As I stated, the product did not fulfill its intended purchase - if I had known ahead of time I would have purchased something else - this is not my fault and there should not have been a restock fee or shipping. I have upgraded my rating due to their (eventual) customer service support."

"Ordered a motherboard yesterday morning. Four phone calls latter requesting a confirmation e-mail, and still no e-mail. How they ever got a BBB A+ rating is a mystery to me. UPDATE. After further investigation by Directron it appears there was some sort of mail server issue that was causing a failure of outgoing e-mails. Have since received a confirmation and the order."

“We do apologize if you did not get confirmation by email. We did send a copy of your order to the email address provided. You may want to check any SPAM folders you may have. The order was placed 03/28 and shipped the same day. The UPS tracking number is 1Z13643W0363904338. You can call customer service to verify we have your correct email address.
