"Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and keep from being ripped off. I wish I'd done more research before ordering anything from them. I spent $180.00 on an intel processor that didn't work. I've sent three emails and numerous calls to an answering service that won't even let me leave a message, it just hangs up! I believe I've been ripped off 180 dollars. Damn internet scams!
I've returned the processor with a tracking number and it was received. No return emails have been sent and that was a week ago. Damn thieves."

"Horrible Customer Service. I ordered a motherboard over 2 weeks ago and not only has it not arrived, when I call no one picks up, and I've e-mailed the company every day for the past 2 weeks and haven't received a reply. They billed my credit card but haven't shipped anything yet"

"EWorld Sale, shipped a motherboard that was supposed to be new with scratches and fingerprints all over it. The shipping was processed very slow. I paid for a two day delivery, and they waited a full 24 before even processing the order. Then when it came busted they never answered the phone, the machine was full and I was Unable to leave a message. Then they didnt even register that I had sent multiple emails."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE! I cannot believe what a hassle ordering from eWorld Sale has been. I ordered a toner for a simple Samsung printer, which they deliverred late. Not only that, but when I attempted to install it the machine would not recognize it as compatible. I have been trying to contact them for the last week and have been utterly unsuccessful. Terrible service."

"Ordered twice and product arrived on time and in as promissed condition. But I've been trying to contact them for over a month now (regarding sales tax) sending emails, leaving voicemails and got no reply at all. So I will not purchase again since they are unavailable and do not respond to emails/voicemails."

"it's been 7 days, I have tried to contact them several times by phone, emailed them 3 times and left 5 of those forms on their website. I finaly got a response yesterday and promptly responded back to them and nothing.

they haven't even shipped the product and I paid for 2 day delivery.

if I don't get a conformation soon that they have sent me my product I am going to the BBB. they where happy to take my money 7 days ago without shipping but haven't had the good sense to keep a line of communication.

go somewhere else, it's not worth the 20 bucks you might be saving"

"I ordered a printer from EWorld sale. It arrived in a battered box, and as I opened it the entire contents were covered in yellow printer ink. I opened the back printer cartridge holding space, and there was a busted ink cartridge inside. The printer is ruined.
I have contacted them and am awaiting a return number. I hope to get a full refund, at which time I will update my review favorably. If they do not make this right, I will spend a great deal of time letting everyone that I can find online know about their service."

"Ordered a processor they had on sale, only to get an email the next day that it was out of stock. Unlike the previous order with another vendor, at least I did get notified promptly by email that my order was cancelled. I'm just tired of retailers selling stuff they don't have. "

"Google search indicated 6.00 shipping charge with purchase of cpu. When checked out - the price was 13.95. I cancelled the order, and sent them a notice of same and my displeasure with improper advert."

"Don't expect too much out of this reseller. It has now been eight days since my order and I have only received the initial invoice from EWorldSales. I have tried to call them and got a voicemail with no return call. The order status says "Order in Process". On some things I can understand it will take a bit, but this is a DVI cable and a splitter. Not rocket science equipment that must be assembled."

After we processed your order on Monday, one of your items is special order so we sent you the email regarding to the issue. That's why the order take 3 days leadt-ime.
