"Incredibly fantastic transaction! They were responsive to all my emails within a day or so (sometimes even in minutes) regarding questions I had. I did my research WELL in advance (60" Samsung ... I initially started out wanting a 46" Sony but after about 5 years, I realized I was selling myself short :P) so there were some things I wanted clarification on. I read the reviews here completely, especially the negative ones.
I was contacted by Tony the same day I placed the order asking if I wanted it shipped faster or white-glove. I said it was ok as I was in no rush. He was cordial and friendly and accepted my answer.
They sent me emails indicating its travel situation and the carrier that was shipping it. I verified there was no additional shipping charge.
The shipper was exceptional (AMTrucking is excellent) and the shippers delivered it into my office space so I could check it out where the ground wasn't wet from a storm 30 minutes prior. They were cordial and friendly. The call center at AMTrucking was also fantastic and let me know where the truck was when I called and then allowed me to change my contact number in the middle of the shipment.
Absolutely will do business with EastCoast TV again.
For those with negative reviews, if you want an item shipped to you immediately and you get grumpy because they don't instantly respond, go to BB and buy it off the shelf. If you want to buy something inexpensively, cut the dealer some slack and be patient. It is apparent to me that good things come to those who wait!"
