posted May-02-2012 “In making comparison to our price vs the competition, we are lower, and also had it available while others did not, which is why he bought from us in the first place. We are happy to offer LE or Military discounts, and do regularly, however the customer asked for the discount after making the purchase. Many of the items in our store are age restricted items, we do not ship those items to people who are not of age.”
"Customer service needs to be worked on. First and fourth email was replied to, second, third and fifth emails to them went unanswered. Wish they had a phone number as a primary and backup for customer service. Price wise, they are cheaper than anyplace I found online, ammount of products was great and ease of web store browsing was nice. Also, I liked that items not in stock were stated prior to purchase (some places take your money and then tell you to wait for the shipment). Shipped items in 2 days, that was fast. Overall, I like the store (spent almost $600 on 1st purchase), just that customer service is a little weary IMHO"
