We do offer free shipping on orders > $2000 depending on items.
We never advertise on our site about free shipping. If you have found incorrect free shipping info on other 3rd party, we cannot control the info.
In addition, we always display shipping fees in the cart online BEFORE any customers place their orders. Then, customers can decide if they want to move forward with the order or not.
