We do offer free shipping on orders > $2000 depending on items.
We never advertise on our site about free shipping. If you have found incorrect free shipping info on other 3rd party, we cannot control the info.
In addition, we always display shipping fees in the cart online BEFORE any customers place their orders. Then, customers can decide if they want to move forward with the order or not.
We apologize for any confusion on other 3rd party site.”

"Electric Bargain Store could serve as an example, even to much larger retailers, on how an online store should look and operate. It had all the product information I needed, complete with technical details, large images, suggestions of replacements for my discontinued items, and even links to the product manuals in pdf. My order was shipped and delivered very quickly. The items shipped could have used some padding, but other than that, it was a perfect shopping experience. Highly recommended.
